Beau Harris isn't your typical country artist. Blending the nostalgic energy of 2000s alternative rock with modern country storytelling, the Texas-born singer-songwriter is carving out a sound that's both familiar and uniquely his own.
Before pursuing country music, Harris toured nationally as the bassist for Oh, Weatherly, a pop-rock band signed to Hopeless Records. Sharing stages with Mayday Parade, The Maine, and State Champs, he developed a passion for high-energy performances and emotionally driven songwriting. When the band dissolved in 2019, Harris returned to the country music that shaped his Texas upbringing.
Influenced by Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Boys Like Girls, and Taking Back Sunday, Harris combines country storytelling with infectious melodies, arena-sized hooks, and alternative-rock energy.
His music explores heartbreak, reckless nostalgia, and unforgettable love. From the anthemic "Bar That Built Us" to the infectious "Lucky Me" and emotionally charged "Oughta See The Other Guy," Harris delivers songs meant to be felt as much as heard.
In 2026, Harris won Song of the Year at the Josie Music Awards for "Oughta See The Other Guy," marking a major milestone in his independent career.
With new music on the horizon, Beau Harris represents a generation of country artists raised on both country radio and Warped Tour.
Country roots. Alternative attitude. Songs that hit you where it hurts.
