Bio

The Marches erupted onto the scene in early 2024, immediately cutting through the noise with a sound that marries raw emotional honesty with widescreen ambition. Their debut singles In Comes The Fear and Talking Too Much earned early BBC Radio Scotland support and sparked a fast‑growing grassroots following. By 2025, the band had shifted from rising newcomers to a genuine force. Their festival run with Pavilion Festival, Prestfest, and Belladrum showcased a group already commanding major stages, while a string of sold‑out Glasgow headline shows confirmed their status as one of Scotland’s most electrifying emerging acts. Their Double A‑Side release, pairing November with Don’t Fool Me Twice, accelerated their momentum further: BBC Introducing Scotland’s Featured Artist, international premieres across the US and beyond, and a sold out vinyl launch at Slay, Glasgow. Their new release, She (24 April 2026), captures the band at a moment of creative clarity. An acoustic track they refused to leave unheard, She has already been championed ahead of release by BBC Introducing Scotland, Amazing Radio UK, and Amazing Radio US. Luminous, intimate, and quietly expansive, it distils everything that makes The Marches compelling, a band whose craft, ambition, and emotional intelligence continue to sharpen with every step.
