Pull the Curtain

Angst, melodrama, and an obsession with the early 2000s. These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect emo band. But vocalist Richard Hikari accidentally added one more ingredient — trauma. Thus, Pull The Curtain was born.

Erupting from New Haven CT, Pull The Curtain’s dedication to the 2000s can be felt in every riff, melody, and stabby rip stab stab lyric. Founded in 2020 Pull The Curtain has cultivated a loyal following in the New England scene, drawing an average of 50-60 pre-sales per show. The 5 piece recently took their brand of emo madness to Canada following a successful Main Stage appearance at the 2025 Vans Warped Tour. Pull The Curtain is currently preparing to release their sophomore EP Heartbreak 101 in October
