Sexyy Red

From: St. Louis, Missouri

Bio

Sexyy Red is redefining hip-hop with her bold charisma, raunchy humor, and no-filter approach to storytelling. Hailing from Northside St. Louis, she broke through with hits like “SkeeYee,” “Pound Town,” and “U My Everything” with Drake, quickly becoming one of the most magnetic voices in rap. Her 2023 project In Sexyy We Trust, executive-produced by Tay Keith, debuted in the Billboard Top 20 and was supported by a sold-out national tour with Kodak Black, Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and Blakeiana — with surprise appearances from Gucci Mane, Lil Durk, Ice Spice, Boosie Badazz, and Cash Cobain. In 2024, she was featured on Tyler, The Creator’s “Sticky” alongside GloRilla and Lil Wayne — a track that went on to become one of the biggest songs of late 2024 / 2025, now boasting over 760 million streams. Her surprise performance of the song with Tyler in Miami lit up social media and proved a huge hit with fans.

In 2025, she teamed up with Bruno Mars for the smash hit “Fat Juicy & Wet,” which hit #1 at Urban radio, racked up over 200 million streams, and pulled in more than 47 million views on the music video. To date, she’s amassed over 2 billion global streams and tied a record with four #1 songs on Apple Music in 2024, continuing to dominate both the charts and the cultural conversation. She was named Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist at the 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards, and was nominated for two 2025 American Music Awards: Favorite Female Artist, and Favorite Hip-Hop Song. She also was recently nominated for her first ever Grammy for Best Rap Performance.

She closed out 2025 with “If You Want It,” a party anthem that has continued to gain momentum into 2026. She followed it with “Hang Wit a Bad Bitch” featuring Key Glock, her first release of the year, which has already generated strong traction online, particularly on TikTok.

Most recently, she delivered a standout Coachella performance, where fan excitement around both her catalog and upcoming music was a clear highlight of the set. Following her Weekend 1 performance, she released her debut album Yo Favorite Trappa Favorite Rappa, with records like “Rackies” already gaining strong traction online. With two records currently buzzing, a new project in market, and major live moments like Coachella building anticipation, Sexyy is positioned for what is shaping up to be her biggest year yet.
