all in ur head was born out of frustration, resilience, and a need to create something real. After relocating to Portland, frontman Travis battled depression, an autoimmune disease, and the weight of leaving a place that never felt like home. His partner Sam, determined to see him rise above it, pushed him to start fresh and joined him on bass. Together, they forged a sound that’s raw, relatable, and unapologetically honest. With punchy, pop-punk anthems tackling toxic relationships, trauma, and life’s ups-and-downs, all in ur head is more than music; it’s a therapeutic release. They’re here to connect, to scream it all out, and to bring others into the intensity of their tormented yet hopeful world.
