Press Quotes
KEXP (US) on ‘Modern Roses’
“An impressive set of sweeping indie pop and arty indie rock full of dreamy melodies, vulnerable lyrics, and expansive backdrops that range from delicate ballads to propulsive anthems.”

SRF 3 (CH)
"Soft Loft juxtapose melancholy with a driving danceability. The rhythm beats like the heart in emotional moments and whips forward after the ballast of the roken relationship has been thrown off."
Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music) - on single ‘Caught’
"I like the slightly understated nature of this, because it doesn't come marching into a room like some records." (..) "It sounds like someone casually busking at a bus stop, but in a good way!"
FluxFM
“They don't need perfection, they say. And yet their debut album is so infinitely beautiful that we would almost describe it as flawless.”
