West London-raised Olympia Vitalis has always been more observer than passenger. Shaped by seven years singing in gospel choirs and raised on a musical diet that stretches from Aretha Franklin and Amy Winehouse to Nas and Kendrick Lamar, she arrived at soul music not by accident but by instinct, channelling lived experience into songwriting that finds the profound in the everyday. That instinct has already made its mark. Her debut EP People Watching, a quietly sharp meditation on human behaviour and its ripple effects, has surpassed two million streams since its July 2025 release, earning BBC Radio 1 support and landing her on Clash Magazine's list of 25 Artists Who Could Define the Year. A performance on A COLORS SHOW, festival appearances at Cross The Tracks, We Out Here and St Lucia Jazz Festival, and support slots for Baby Rose, Teddy Swims and Bilal have cemented a live reputation built on presence, not performance. Now, Olympia turns the lens on herself. Her forthcoming EP Lady Luck, executive produced by Charlie Perry, is the sound of an artist doubling down on her own instincts. A meditation on timing as much as talent, and the quiet courage it takes to back yourself. The EP was performed in full at St Pancras Old Church in April 2026, a headline show and a fitting venue for an artist whose work rewards close listening.
