She draws an impressive range of musical influences ranging from Amy Whinehouse to the legendary Carole King. Her impressive resume spans from packing iconic local rooms like Arlene's Grocery and Nublu 151 to even a prestigious commission by the United Nations to perform her original work on bodily autonomy. Tess Elena continues to stun audiences with her enigmatic live performances and signature soulful elegant vocals.
Following her acclaimed 2023 EP Fire Escape, her latest single “Little Did I Know I” marks a pivot toward a high ideality and polished sound that bridges a carefully curated gap between acoustic organic storytelling and modern contemporary pop.
